Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return, without providing a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact info@ajpmotos.com with your order number. We will provide the necessary instructions.

Items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to return them.

Items may be tried on as they would be in a physical store. Any handling beyond what is necessary to check their fit and condition may result in a deduction from the refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted, subject to product availability. Please contact us before returning an item.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or proof of their return.

For full-order returns, the refund includes the original standard delivery cost, as required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@ajpmotos.com. We will resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including covering return costs where required.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
